1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using StockAlert Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

IMPORTANT: This Service is provided "AS IS" for informational purposes only and is NOT investment advice.

NOT PROVIDED: Investment advice, buy/sell recommendations, or financial counseling.

Account Creation:

  • Google OAuth authentication supported
  • You are responsible for account security
  • One account per person

User Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep login credentials secure
  • Notify us of unauthorized access
  • Use Service lawfully and ethically

Data We DO NOT Collect:

  • Financial account numbers
  • Banking information
  • Personal financial data (income, assets)
  • Social security numbers
  • Credit card information (until paid features)

Data Storage: Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)

7. CURRENT FREE SERVICE / FUTURE PAID FEATURES

Current Status: All features are currently free of charge.

Future Changes:

  • We reserve the right to introduce paid subscription features
  • Existing users will receive 30 days advance notice
  • Basic features may remain free
  • Premium features may require payment
  • No charges will apply without your explicit consent

  • Resell or redistribute our data commercially
  • Attempt to manipulate stock prices
  • Engage in insider trading
  • Violate any securities laws or regulations
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Use automated scraping tools
  • Interfere with Service operation

All Service content, features, and functionality are owned by the Service operator and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

  • No liability for Service interruptions, data errors, or system failures
  • You assume all risks associated with investment decisions

YOUR EXCLUSIVE REMEDY: Discontinue using the Service.

Jurisdiction: Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.

Alternative Dispute Resolution: If travel to Delaware is impractical, disputes may be resolved through binding online arbitration.

Local Laws: Subject to mandatory consumer protection laws that cannot be waived in your jurisdiction.
